The property is located in Maremma, near the town of La Campigliola (Municipality of Manciano) and includes: a main farmhouse consisting of 6 bedrooms (2 of which with independent external entrance that can be used as wardrobes/guest bathrooms), 7 bathrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen and a dining room; a large park (over 2 hectares), with a garden that surrounds the entire farmhouse; a swimming pool , with a surrounding area ideal for organizing special moments such as an aperitif, cutting the cake or the dessert corner; an ancient brick shed , equipped with a wood-burning oven, which can be transformed into a disco for evening entertainment.
